What is the investment for services?

My rate per hour is $300, and for group breathwork sessions it is $75 per person.

I also offer specific packages for integration/coaching sessions & Series-Based Breathwork sessions

Is this work right for me?

Having a more holistic approach to healing helps align the mind, body, heart & soul. Instead of focusing on treating based on surface-level symptoms, this work will help illuminate any root causes and move more into harmony with one’s entire being. Why do I need integration for a psychedelic experience?

Anyone can have an experience working with a psychedelic substance, however, many of the experiences can be very abstract, symbolic & ethereal. This can make it challenging to integrate what you experience in your daily life, at which point it becomes just an experience that you had. With coaching, you get preparation & integration work that brings the abstract experience into meaningful form that has roots in reality and allows you to make long-lasting change & growth.
